Day 1: Cochin to Munnar (130 K.M. / 3 Hrs)

  • Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and driven to Munnar. Along the scenic journey, you will visit the enchanting Cheyyappara and Valara waterfalls, and explore lush tea plantations. By evening, you will check in to your hotel in Munnar for an overnight stay and unwind in the serene surroundings.

Day 2: Munnar Local

  • After a hearty breakfast, embark on a full day of exploration in Munnar, the “lover’s paradise.” Your sightseeing tour will include the vibrant Flower Garden, the picturesque Photo Point, the tranquil Mattupetty Dam, and the captivating Echo Point. Discover the rich biodiversity of Iravikulam National Park (Rajamala - closed in February and March), marvel at the majestic Anamudi Hills, and stroll through the charming Blossom Park. Return to your hotel in the evening for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady (90 K.M. / 2 Hrs 50 Min)

  • Post-breakfast, check out from your hotel and head to Thekkady, renowned for the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, visit a local spice plantation, and immerse yourself in optional cultural experiences such as Kathakali dance, Kalari Payattu, Jeep Safari, trekking, Elephant rides, and Elephant bathing. Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 4: Thekkady to Kovalam (220 K.M. / 6 Hrs 30 Min)

  • After breakfast, check out and drive to Kovalam. En route, visit the iconic Shree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Trivandrum. In Kovalam, you will have the opportunity to relax on its beautiful beaches. Additional sightseeing includes the Kuthira Malika Palace Museum, the Sree Chitra Art Gallery, and the Zoological Park. Return to Kovalam in the evening and enjoy its coastal beauty.

Day 5: Poovar Island Excursion

  • After breakfast, embark on a visit to Poovar Island, known for its pristine beauty and tranquil backwaters. Explore the island and return to Kovalam by evening. Enjoy another overnight stay in Kovalam, soaking in the coastal charm.

Day 6: Kovalam to Alleppey (160 K.M. / 4 Hrs 30 Min)

  • Following breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Alleppey, the “Venice of the East.” Experience the magic of the backwaters with a 21-hour stay on a luxurious houseboat (optional), drifting past scenic paddy fields, tranquil backwaters, quaint villages, and coconut groves, with views of Vembanadu Lake and Alleppey Beach. Alternatively, you may choose to stay at a hotel in Alleppey.

Day 7: Alleppey to Cochin (95 K.M. / 2 Hrs 30 Min)

  • After breakfast, check out and drive to Cochin International Airport or Railway Station for your departure. If time permits, enjoy some shopping in Trivandrum City before your onward journey. Depart with cherished memories of your enchanting Kerala experience.
